Wedding in Lenzerheide, Switzerland – A romantic and fun day in the middle of Swiss Alps
Tiffany and David are an American couple from Brooklyn, NY.
They met at a party and fell deeply in love with each other.
Tiffany is originally from Switzerland, for this reason, they chose the Swiss Alps to celebrate their wedding.
We first met them on Skype, one year prior to the wedding. We talked about their love story, what they were preparing for their wedding day, and what they imagined about their wedding film. We immediately understood their attention to detail and how meticulous was their entire planning.
They chose the amazing hotel Guarda Val in Lenzerheide, which is a small village made of wooden houses with a spectacular view of the mountains.
We arrived there the day prior to the wedding and made a site inspection. To say that we were stunned by everything is a euphemism.
The wedding day started with the getting ready of the bride and the groom, while the staff of the hotel was preparing everything for the open door ceremony.
After some family photos, the couple with their parents and closest friends went to a tiny wine cellar to sign the wedding contract.
In the meantime, all the guests took place for the ceremony.
David is Jewish and Tiffany decided to become a Jew herself, so they decided to have a Jewish ceremony with a view of the Swiss Alps. They exchanged their vows and made everyone present emotional for the lovely words they said.
After the ceremony, the aperitif took place in the middle of this small village. After a while, all the guests were surprised by the spouses with something very typical for the environment: two swiss cows with a very big and loud cowbell!
During the dinner, the parents, siblings, and closest friends had a speech, and after that everyone moved to the party house. They danced and sang with amazing live music.
