Uh, how we loved this wedding! Andy and Brad, our wonderful grooms, were an absolute joy to photograph and spend time with. Their love, warmth, and vibrant personalities made their big day truly unforgettable. This beautiful couple tied the knot at Borgo di Pietrafitta, a charming and secluded village in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by fifty of their closest friends and families.

The celebration was more than just a wedding – it was a weekend-long affair filled with laughter, love, and cherished moments. All of their guests stayed at the borgo, enjoying a perfect dose of Italian hospitality with breathtaking views, delicious local food, and plenty of quality time together before the main event. Selene and Eleonora had the privilege of capturing every meaningful detail of this stunning same-sex wedding in Tuscany, starting with the grooms getting ready together and sharing an intimate pre-ceremony portrait session.

Andy and Brad wanted their wedding day to be stress-free and full of joy. By scheduling most of their portraits before the ceremony, they were able to relax, soak in the moment, and spend more time mingling with their guests during the cocktail hour. The ceremony, officiated by one of their closest friends, was deeply personal and emotional. Filled with heartfelt readings and customized touches, it perfectly reflected their love story. Their vows were so beautiful that they had almost everyone in tears—including us!

One of the most unique aspects of their celebration was Andy and Brad’s love for mixology. They collaborated with their caterers to create custom cocktails, showcased a cocktail-themed coffee table book as their guest book, and even swapped the traditional first dance for a “first cocktail” moment, mixing their signature drinks together to kick off the party!

The day came together seamlessly, thanks to the talented team at Italyweddings, who perfectly executed an event that captured Andy and Brad’s personalities and wishes.

The celebration continued with an enchanting al-fresco dinner under the Tuscan sky. It was made even more special by touching speeches from the grooms’ siblings – each has one brother and one sister – and personal details like handwritten notes hidden on the backs of the guest cards.

Of course, the evening didn’t end there. Andy and Brad made sure their guests had the time of their lives by bringing in the iconic DJ Remo (if you know, you know!). Everyone—us included—danced the night away to an incredible playlist featuring hits from Madonna, Beyoncé, and so much more.

This wedding was a celebration of love, joy, and individuality, and it was an honor to capture every unforgettable moment.
