A simple, stylish, and irresistibly charming rooftop wedding in Rome? Yes, please — especially when it unfolds across two of the city’s most iconic hotels: Hotel de Russie and Hotel de la Ville.

Angelo is Italian, Nicole is Argentinian, and while their big celebration in Argentina was still to come, they decided to say “I do” in a romantic, intimate civil wedding in the Eternal City. Their vibrant, youthful energy was contagious — the kind of love that makes you smile behind the camera.

Our incredibly talented Eleonora photographed the entire day, starting with a relaxed and joyful getting-ready session at Hotel de Russie. Nicole did her own hair and makeup (and looked incredible), wearing a bold and elegant Taller Marmo kaftan — slicked-back hair, red lips, oversized earrings. Her style was equal parts effortless and editorial.

After a sweet couple portrait session in the lush gardens of Hotel de Russie, we made our way through the cobbled Roman streets to Hotel de la Ville, where their rooftop ceremony awaited.

Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Nicole and Angelo exchanged heartfelt vows in a ceremony filled with laughter, happy tears, and beautiful readings. The rooftop setting offered sweeping views over the city — classic Rome at its finest.

Rather than a traditional sit-down dinner, the couple opted for something more relaxed and local: an al fresco buffet with street food and Roman appetizers, shared casually under the fading golden light.

Nicole and Angelo’s rooftop wedding in Rome was the perfect mix of fun, fashion, and heartfelt moments.

They got ready together at Hotel de Russie, where Nicole wore a stunning white kaftan by Taller Marmo, red lipstick, and bold earrings — a look we’ll never forget.

After portraits in the hotel gardens, we made our way to Hotel de la Ville for their rooftop ceremony, filled with love, speeches, and a view over the Roman skyline.

Dinner? A relaxed buffet of Roman street food — because yes, even weddings can be deliciously untraditional.
