Giulia and Christopher are an Australian couple that chose one of the most beautiful places on earth to celebrate their wedding: the Amalfi coast, precisely the area of Positano.
The party began the day before the wedding in a beach club called La Conca del Sogno.
All the guests and the couple arrived by sea and had an aperitif on the terrace of the club, and had a relaxing Italian dinner afterward.
In the afternoon the DJ started rocking, so all the girls were dancing 90s dance music while the boys were diving and having a bath. The water was amazing, so we had a bath too!
Then the wedding day came. The wedding venue was the amazing historical residence called Villa Oliviero, with one of the best views on Positano. Three terraces can show the whole gulf at a 360-degree angle: couldn’t ask for more!
The wedding planning team, The Italian Wedding Event, perfectly coordinated almost 200 guests coming from all over the world. The bride and groom got ready separately, together with their closest friends and family in two beautiful rooms in the villa.
All the other guests arrived walking: Villa Oliviero, like most of the locations on the Amalfi coast, is not road-connected.
Everybody went to the main terrace, where everything was set for the beginning of the wedding ceremony.
The groom was waiting for his future bride next to his father and best man. When the bride came down the stairs everybody was super emotional.
After the emotional ceremony and the excitement of the “I do”, everybody had an aperitif with a super talented live band playing in the background.
The speeches that the father of the bride, the groom, and the best man had been just amazing.
After dinner, the band rocked the night and the whole party had so much fun! The day after the wedding, in the late morning, we took a huge sailing boat with captain and crew and we sailed from Positano to Amalfi and back.
A dream of a wedding, in one of the most beautiful locations in Italy.
