Annabell and Chris’s glamorous Lake Como elopement was simply a dream come true. With the opulence of Grand Hotel Tremezzo, the timeless charm of Villa del Balbianello, and dreamy water taxi rides across the lake, their wedding day was an unforgettable blend of luxury, romance, and iconic Italian beauty.

We met Annabell and Chris a year before their wedding, not just as their photographers and filmmakers but also as planners through our sister project, Elope to Italy. From the very beginning, they envisioned an intimate yet elegant celebration, embracing everything Lake Como is known for: breathtaking views, effortless luxury, and that undeniable old-world charm.

The day began at Grand Hotel Tremezzo, where the couple got ready separately in their suites. A soft morning fog settled over the lake, creating the dreamiest atmosphere. After capturing solo portraits, Annabell and Chris shared a romantic first look in the hotel’s lush garden, surrounded by late-blooming flowers and towering banana palms.

For their ceremony, they chose Villa del Balbianello, one of the most iconic locations on Lake Como. The setting needed little embellishment – just an elegant white orchid bouquet by The Garden of Love to complement the villa’s breathtaking beauty. Under the historic loggia, with the lake stretching endlessly behind them, they exchanged deeply personal vows, completely from the heart.

As the sun was starting to set, we captured stunning couple portraits around the villa before hopping on a private water taxi back to Tremezzo – sneaking in a few more golden-hour shots along the way.

This glamorous Lake Como elopement was the definition of romance and sophistication—a once-in-a-lifetime celebration in one of the most breathtaking places in the world. And we were honored to capture every moment!
