A first spritz in a quiet, November Lake Como – this is how our story with Lauren and Jacob began. We first met these two gorgeous souls for a portrait session on a bright (but wonderfully windy!) autumn day. The streets of Bellagio were calm and magnetic, nearly empty of tourists, allowing us to play with the timeless grain of film and the crispness of digital. We adored every minute spent in their company.
Fast forward to their wedding day: a romantic, sun-kissed celebration at Villa Aura del Lago. This lakefront gem was the perfect choice: a property that feels both grand and intimate, ideal for a midsize wedding with a soulful heart.
The aesthetic was a dream brought to life by wedding planner Georgia Louise. She curated a truly ethereal, meadowy vibe for the ceremony and dinner; the custom vases, architectural light blue columns, and lush spring florals made the entire space feel cozy yet editorial.
The ceremony itself was a moment of pure, raw emotion. Lauren and Jacob chose to skip the first look, seeing each other for the first time at the altar. Officiated by Lauren’s brother, the ceremony was so deeply personal that there wasn’t a dry eye in the house (ours included!).
After the “I dos,” we took advantage of the soft breeze for an extended portrait session on a vintage speedboat – painted a striking blue to match the wedding’s color palette. It was a true Dolce Vita moment.
As the sun began to set, the incredible Victor Angelov set the mood with his iconic electric violin, carrying the elegance of the cocktail hour right into a high-energy dinner. From the romantic first dances to the moment everyone hit the dancefloor, this stunning wedding at Villa Aura del Lago had everything. Lauren and Jacob, your day has found a permanent place in our hearts and memories forever.

Our journey with Lauren and Jacob began with a November spritz and a windy film session in the quiet, magnetic streets of Bellagio. We fell for their energy instantly.
For their wedding, they chose the intimate Villa Aura del Lago. With Georgia Louise’s vision of meadowy spring florals and architectural accents, the venue was transformed into an editorial dream.
The most moving moment? Skipping the first look to meet at the altar. Between the raw emotion of their vows—officiated by Lauren’s brother—and a blue speedboat session on the lake, the day felt like a cinematic Dolce Vita dream.
From Victor Angelov’s electric violin to the high-energy after-party, Lauren and Jacob’s celebration was pure magic. A day that will stay in our hearts forever.
