A hot summer day in Tuscany, rolling hills stretching as far as the eye can see, and a hundred friends and family members gathered from all over the world — Tess and Charles’s dream wedding at Tenuta di Monaciano was simply unforgettable for everyone involved.

It was our first wedding at Monaciano, a stunning property set in the Tuscan countryside. We immediately fell in love with the incredible variety of spaces it offers — multiple ceremony spots, a charming little Italian piazzetta, frescoed halls inside the villa, beautiful brick walls, and so much more.

One of the couple’s closest friends designed the entire stationery suite, drawing inspiration from the Tuscan Renaissance. We loved it so much that it quickly became one of our favorite detail shots ever!

And speaking of details — can we talk about Tess’s iconic lace gown by Monique Lhuillier? Paired with pearl-embellished shoes by Jimmy Choo, the look was simply perfect.

We also adored their choice for the ceremony location. Together with their planner, Ben Singleton from ItalyWeddings, they chose the villa’s ancient amphitheater — a space filled with weathered statues and aged brick, softened by an abundance of dusty-rose florals. The setting felt nothing short of iconic.

Their thoughtful attention to detail continued throughout the cocktail hour and beyond. The catering by Roland’s Catering — truly one of the very best in Tuscany — paired beautifully with the décor, where classical statues were used as sculptural elements that perfectly matched the atmosphere.

And the dinner? An al fresco dream overlooking the Tuscan hills, with long imperial tables illuminated by hanging chandeliers.

And of course, the party that followed did not disappoint. From the final moments of dinner — with a little bit of ABBA playing (because every destination wedding deserves at least a hint of Mamma Mia! vibes) — to the dance floor that followed, this hot Tuscan summer celebration at Monaciano truly felt like a dream come to life.
