One of the most iconic wedding venues of 2025: this wedding at Castello di Celsa stole our hearts.

Built in the thirteenth century, this incredible venue has stood as a landmark of the Siena countryside for generations. It has the classic shape of an Italian castle – a dreamy choice for a romantic, fairytale wedding – yet its intricate gardens are the perfect match for any design, whether classic or modern. Needless to say, we had the best time capturing all the details and hidden corners of this incredible location.

Our day with Zahra and Justin started with a photo tour of the castle – every corner of it is pure Tuscan perfection. Justin got ready with his groomsmen in the most modern, newly restored area of the castle. He wore a classic black-and-white tux, with an adorable detail: a bow tie made from the same fabric as Zahra’s wedding dress.

Zahra, instead, got ready in the most historic part of the castle. The light-colored frescoed halls with their dark stone flooring created depth and drama that fit the vibe wonderfully. We loved her wedding style — so perfect for a late-spring wedding in Tuscany: a white Watters wedding dress, the iconic Lloeffler Randall bow shoes, and a gorgeous veil embroidered with tiny flowers by Anthropologie. The whole wedding look simply screamed Tuscany, and youth, and spring : we loved that.

The ceremony took place on the castle terrace, overlooking the surrounding rolling hills. As the couple said “I do,” the sun came out from behind the clouds – perfect timing. Cocktail hour (and classic Italian spritzes!) followed, together with a romantic portrait session with a stunning view of the castle itself.

The newlyweds enjoyed an al fresco dinner under the Tuscan stars: a U-shaped imperial table decorated with pink peonies and fresh fruit created the perfect setting.

Cake cutting, a champagne tower, and iconic fireworks kicked off the dance party – beauty and romance for an unforgettable wedding in Tuscany.

Built in the thirteenth century and surrounded by the rolling hills of Siena, this iconic venue is the perfect setting for a romantic, fairytale celebration. Its castle architecture and intricate gardens made every corner a dream to capture.

Our day began with Zahra and Justin getting ready in two different parts of the castle: Justin in the newly restored wing, wearing a classic black-and-white tux with a bow tie made from the same fabric as Zahra’s dress, and Zahra in the frescoed historic halls, glowing in a white Watters gown, Loeffler Randall bow shoes, and a delicate embroidered veil by Anthropologie.

Their terrace ceremony overlooked the Tuscan countryside, with the sun breaking through the clouds just as they said “I do.” Cocktail hour, spritzes, and romantic portraits followed, before an al fresco dinner under the stars with pink peonies and fresh fruit. Cake cutting, a champagne tower, and fireworks ended the night with beauty and celebration.
